2 stall barn with full front run in attached.
-12X12 stalls with 12 foot ceilings. Center stall is currently a locked tack room and feed/storage area, with 4 floor to ceiling lockers.
-Concrete floor with easy stall clean out.
-Dutch doors for horse security with access to the paddock area and to the pasture.
-The barn can provide an area for your grooming tools and gear.

Pastures with established fescue grass. Five pastures fenced ranging from 1.5 to 4 acres. 10X10 2 stall run in opposite barn.

Easy access hay roll feeders for free choice feeding.

Solid three rail (2X6) wooden fencing, handmade 10' wooden gates with slide latches and locks for easy access to all pastures. Secondary fencing is 4 strands of solar powered Electrobraid©.

2 10'X20' full open front run ins in main pastures.

A family atmosphere including a quiet and intimate ranch setting for you and your horse.

20 acres to ride and exercise your horse with 2 ponds and shaded areas for you and your horse to rest.

PCR was established in 2010 as a quaint equine facility. The daily enhancement of the ranch grounds continues.

-Health and Barn Safety
• Negative coggins certificate & UTD shot records required from all boarders (30 days in advance of first month board)
• A barn-wide worming program is essential to all boarded horses and is the
responsibility of the boarder to coordinate with PCR for administration.
• A minimum 24 hour notice is required to come on site (boarders and students excluded)
• Contractual agreements are required before a partnership can begin with PCR.
